The staff report states an amount "not to exceed 740,827 thousand"; transcript phrasing is ambiguous and staff comments noted the proposal met technical criteria.
Dennis Brooks, identified in the meeting as president of Grama, was present for questions. With no public comments or field questions, commissioners moved and seconded the items and approved both on roll call.
The PVTA amendment allocates operating LTF to sustain added positions; the planning services contract is intended to provide FTA Section 5310 program support, stakeholder outreach, coordinated transportation planning, and other specialized transit technical assistance.
