The Lemoore City Council approved its consent calendar in a single vote on March 17, passing items 4-1 through 4-11 by a 5-0 vote. The consent bundle included routine items and several procurement and project-authority actions: approval of minutes, authorization to purchase five solid-waste vehicles and one street sweeper (with upfit authorization), engineering task orders for construction management and staking for multiple traffic-signal projects, adoption of a resolution authorizing a HOME Funds application for rehabilitation of the Lemoore Heritage property, renewal of an engineering contract for LLMD services, and creation of a sidewalk project (project number 26005).
Council then voted separately on Special Session item 4-12 (resolution 2026-06) to authorize submission of a claim for Transportation Development Act funds to the county association; staff said the city's allotment is approximately $1,100,000. The motion to approve the consent calendar was made by Council member Lyons and seconded by Council member Brewster; the subsequent resolution motion was made by Council member Gornick, seconded by Brewster. The council recorded five affirmative votes on both actions and the consent items passed.
Several items tied directly to the budget workshop: the refuse vehicle purchases align with the refuse fund increase discussed earlier and will be ordered if approved and received in the next fiscal year. Council members did not pull any items for separate consideration.
