St. Bernard CIC approves $400-per-cycle mowing contract with Stripes Landscaping

After a motion to accept the Stripes bid and a recorded vote in which members present voted in favor, the Chair declared the motion passed.
The decision is contingent on the vendor providing an insurance certificate that names the CIC as an insured party. The Chair said the vendor had originally been asked to start roughly April 15 but that the CIC would ask Stripes to begin as soon as the certificate is provided.
Treasurer Chris Schulmeyer reported the CIC’s accounts earlier in the meeting, noting $5,313.87 in First State Banking and $123,386.73 in the Fifth Third account.
The motion’s mover and the member who seconded the mowing motion were not specified in the transcript.
