He said the plan shows the setbacks conservatively (100 feet in some locations) and that those setbacks are now the final, agency‑determined lines.
Charles Tettleman, City Planner, confirmed the item was a completeness review (the packet mistakenly listed it as a public hearing) and noted that the project follows a previously approved preliminary subdivision; phase‑2 materials remain under review. After Amos's presentation, Jeff Brochu moved to find the final subdivision application complete. The motion was seconded by Chris Gagnon and passed 5–0. The board subsequently moved to schedule the public hearing for June 2 to meet noticing requirements.
