The board authorized Bolton + Menk to conduct a field review under Work Order Number 2026-04-27-01 for Drainage District DD 53 after Brian Ott reported standing water as the problem. The record lists the work order and district number but does not include the firm’s report in the minutes.
Supervisor Chris Watts moved, with Vice Chairman Carl Ginapp seconding, to accept the Environmental Health Service Manager’s reports on a manure management plan update for Christiansen Farms LLC – F-046 (site #59541) and forward that report to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources; the motion passed unanimously.
County Engineer Brandon Billings provided an update during the meeting; the minutes record that an update occurred but do not include details of the engineer’s remarks.
