Applicant Mark Nielsen told the commission he and his neighbor had surveyed the properties after removing a hedge and found the recorded line did not match current physical conditions; he said he and the neighbor were willing to purchase the small triangle and correct the record.
Following a motion to approve with two conditions, the commission voted unanimously in favor on roll call.
What happens next: Staff will record the boundary adjustment after applicants satisfy the two conditions; the change simply updates the legal description to match the surveyed, existing improvements.
