Commission approves easement for Mark Twain Community Center and $95,000 traffic‑study contract

The county will fund the first phase from the planning department professional‑services budget and expects delivery by July 1; the second phase is budgeted next fiscal year. Commissioner Mitchell moved to approve the contract; the board voted in favor unanimously.
