- Approve payment of an Everett J. Prescott invoice ($1,026.37) for a Village of Trimble water meter to be paid with ARPA funds.
- Approve Water & Sewer rate increases for The Plains & US50 systems to match City of Athens (water +4%; sewer +3% and +1% tiers).
- Approve Vinton and Meigs county W&M contracts for 2026, authorize a retirement proclamation for Mayor Gary Goosman, declared certain Prosecutor’s Office furniture surplus for destruction, and approved required training and travel items.
- Add Joel Banks as a user to the Sheriff’s Department credit card and add the Sheriff’s facility dog to insurance coverage after suspending rules and adding the items to the agenda.
