Community-services MOU: The board approved a memorandum of understanding governing the city’s mobile sensory hub — used at fairs and community events — on condition of final legal review to ensure liability, insurance and volunteer responsibilities are clearly addressed.
All motions noted in the record passed by voice vote. Staff were asked to coordinate placements of signage with the PACE department and to return with any required follow-up information.
