Commissioners approved using County Risk Sharing Authority, Inc. (CORSA) employee dishonesty coverage in lieu of surety bonds for elected officials under the county's CORSA participation agreement. The board reviewed OneOhio funding proposals and authorized funding for the Sheriff's request for a position and vehicle but declined a separate furniture request as outside guidelines; the board directed staff to prepare a press release once final funding decisions are completed.
Each of these items passed by motion from Commissioner Charlie Adkins with a second from Commissioner Chris Chmiel and unanimous roll calls.
