The Boone County Board of Supervisors approved the second reading of Ordinance #169 on April 29, 2026, amending the Stormwater Management Standards contained in Boone County Zoning Ordinance #88, and the board voted to waive the third reading.
The board opened the public hearing at 10:17 a.m.; no written or oral comments were received either in person or via Zoom. Supervisor Shawn Bryant moved to close the hearing and approve the second reading, and Supervisor Scott Longhorn seconded; the board then voted to waive the third reading. The motions carried with all ayes from Chairman Erich Kretzinger, Bryant and Longhorn.
