One council member noted the stage is subordinate to the restaurant’s primary use and suggested conditions reflecting typical accessory uses. A motion to approve the permit with clarifications suggested by Councilmember Scott carried unanimously.
The permit allows the restaurant to schedule local performers and student acts subject to the stated operating hours and lighting conditions; staff will ensure the permit record includes the clarifying conditions discussed by council.
