Lexington-Fayette police and fire retirement board approves treasurer's report, disbursements and multiple retirements

LEXINGTON, Ky. — The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Police & Fire Retirement Board met April 8 and approved routine financial reports, disbursements and multiple retirements while offering condolences to the family of Bing Robinson.

Treasurer Chad presented the portfolio update, reporting: "The balance of the portfolio as of yesterday was $1,071,238,998.63, which compares to last month of $1,087,000,009.23." After a motion and second, the board approved the treasurer's report by voice vote; no roll-call tally was recorded in the transcript.

The board also approved the March meeting minutes and authorized the disbursements for April following motions and seconds.
