West said staff would review the applicant’s concept plans for site‑plan compliance if council approved the request.
Planning Commission reviewed an earlier configuration and recommended this alternative creating two equal lots; council members praised the commission and applicant for producing an improved outcome. Council member Anderson noted the historical practice of dividing land into multiple small lots and supported the consolidation. Council moved to recommend approval and the motion passed unanimously on roll call.
