Commissioner Charlie Adkins moved and Commissioner Chris Chmiel seconded the motion to authorize Commissioner Lenny Eliason to sign the OPWC disbursement forms for control numbers CR08AB/CR09AB in the amount of $534,000; the motion carried with a recorded roll call in the minutes. The record includes supporting invoices and an OPWC Disbursement Request Form citing construction expenditures and vendor invoices from Shelly & Sands, Inc.
Separately, the board approved signing and submitting the WPCLF 45-year term form for the New Marshfield sewer project; the motion passed unanimously. The WPCLF submission authorizes county staff to advance the sanitary sewer financing process for the US-50 New Marshfield gravity line.
Planner Connor LaVelle told the board that fencing brackets remain outstanding for a bridge project; once installed, county staff will coordinate with the Ohio Department of Transportation to schedule a ribbon-cutting and opening, currently targeted in roughly two weeks depending on parts arrival.
