Public Works Director Edgar Barroso led the discussion and presented the request to award the demolition to Five Star Demolition. Chairman Naomi Hogue moved to approve the demolition contract; Trustee Jeremy Barnett seconded. The trustees—Naomi Hogue, Jeremy Barnett, Daniel Beatie, Joshua Wilburn and Donald Vieth—voted aye on the motion.
