The Declaration of Surplus authorizes the Trust Manager to dispose of the listed items, which the minutes identify as: a 2002 GMC 1500 pickup (VIN 1GCEK14V22Z228902); a Honda 4" trash pump; a Honda 3" trash pump; a Coleman Powermate 10 HP engine; a Pacer 2" pump; cast iron fittings; an excavator bucket; a fork attachment; two Stryker Power Pro auto loaders; a Stryker 6500 Power Pro XT; and a 2-story building at the Water Treatment Plant. The minutes state the Trust Manager is authorized to dispose of these items "accordingly."
The consent approval was procedural and no items were removed for separate consideration.
