Chairman Mark Hartzheim presented the second reading of Amended Ordinance Article VI, saying the change establishes a $200 fee for an initial food-truck inspection and $50 for each additional day in the same calendar year. On a motion by Supervisor Billy Fried, seconded by Supervisor Erika Petersen, the board waived the reading and adopted the amendment; the motion passed by voice vote.
The ordinance change was presented as an amendment to the town’s existing Article VI; the board did not record a roll-call vote. The change will proceed as adopted and was placed on the meeting record for a future enforcement schedule and implementation by town staff.
