Adams County approves part‑time advanced EMT hire amid staffing and overtime concerns

Chief McCleese and EMS captains discussed personnel, vehicle maintenance completion and the need to monitor overtime against a tighter 2026 budget; commissioners asked for follow-up data to assess staffing plans and budget impacts.
