He also said the division will offer "Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow" to 10th-grade students as part of career-pathway options.
Board members voted to adopt the Program of Studies as presented; the motion was made by Dana McCaleb and seconded by Matt East. The approved changes will take effect with the 2026–27 school year and will be implemented by the instruction department and secondary administrators.
