Commissioner Jason Hayslip asked Bassett for a quote to add a second day of on‑site IT support to meet increased demand and compliance needs; Bassett provided the requested quote for board review. The board received the quote but did not take immediate action at the Dec. 1 session.
Commissioners specified no funding or schedule decisions during the meeting; follow‑up by county IT and procurement staff will be necessary to evaluate costs and implement any change to service levels.
