The minutes record Commissioner Jason Hayslip had been attending a State of Ohio inspection at the new shelter earlier that morning and that the facility still needs a computer; Spectrum is scheduled to finish internet and phone installation this week and Vinyl Tech has installed indoor kennels.
The board did not take formal action on shelter funding during the session but received the report and acknowledged donor sponsorships. Officers and staff may follow up on the technology and facility needs noted in the minutes.
