On a unanimous roll call — President Barbara Moore Holt, Vice‑President Kelly Jones and Commissioner Jason Hayslip voting aye — the board approved Resolution No. 2025‑504 to pay $137,300.55 covering EMS supplies, court and clerk expenses, sheriff inmate medical and prescription costs, engineering contracts and road materials.
The board also adopted Resolution No. 2025‑505 to move numerous line‑item transfers and to add $647,748.50 to account 001‑143‑5902 (Transfer‑Misc), a supplemental appropriation to county general. Other appropriations included allocations to MVGT supplies and materials, probation services and special projects. The roll call on the transfers was unanimous.
Budget Administrator Marla May asked the board to set cutoff dates for 2025 invoicing and purchase orders; the board set Dec. 22, 2025 as the final recap date for invoice payments and Dec. 19, 2025 as the final date to open new purchase orders for 2025.
The motions for bills and transfers were moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes and carried by roll call votes.
