Davis said Deep South would meet with the current hauler and city staff during contract structuring and would negotiate details including yard‑debris rules, route days and handling of larger piles. He offered to be contacted for questions and left promotional materials for the council to review.
Council members asked no substantive follow-up questions at the meeting and indicated they would take the information under consideration; no procurement action was taken at this session.
