Adams County commissioners reappoint two to Children Services Board

The Adams County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the reappointment of two members to the Adams County Children Services Board during a special session on Feb. 11, 2026.
Commissioner Barbara Moore Holt moved to adopt Resolution No. 2026-060 to reappoint Hannum Taylor and Tena Nickell to four-year terms beginning Jan. 1, 2026, and ending Dec. 31, 2029. Commissioner Kelly Jones seconded the motion. The board recorded a roll-call vote with President Kelly Jones, Vice-President Barbara Moore Holt and Member Jason Hayslip each voting aye, carrying the resolution.
There was no further discussion before the vote, and the resolution was adopted as presented. The board subsequently received an operational update on Wilson’s Children Home and then adjourned.
