Hartselle authorizes Cox Pools to manage Aquatic Center and supply chemicals

Council Member Virginia Alexander moved to authorize the Mayor to sign the management agreement and Council Member Mike Swafford seconded; the motion carried by unanimous voice vote. Council then approved the chemical‑service agreement in a separate motion, also by unanimous voice vote.
