He said one ambulance is rented while another awaits alignment and proposed a sponsorship plan for a Basic EMT class for up to 20 residents.
Dog Warden Donnie Swayne presented the weekly Dog & Kennel report noting 46 dogs in house, four adoptions and one dog transferred to a rescue. He addressed a photo complaint procedure for Facebook posts (complaints require date/time stamps to be considered valid) and noted personnel items and an upcoming event involving Venture Productions.
The board entered three executive sessions during the meeting to discuss certain personnel matters under ORC 121.22(G)(1) at the requests of EMS Chief McCleese, Maintenance Superintendent Terry Johnson and Dog Warden Donnie Swayne. Each executive session was approved by roll call and the board reconvened without public disclosure of the confidential personnel discussion.
