County approves $12,950 ElitAire contract to replace courthouse VRV cassette

Maintenance Superintendent Terry Johnson told the Board of Adams County Commissioners on April 13 that a VRV cassette serving Traffic Court B had failed and presented an ElitAire proposal for replacement and installation.
Johnson said the courthouse contains about 50 VRV units and that 11 units have been replaced to date. The board accepted ElitAire's proposal in the amount of $12,950.00 (recorded as Resolution No. 2026-137); the motion was made by Kelly Jones and seconded by Jason Hayslip and carried on a unanimous roll call.
The contract will be recorded in the county contract journal and work is to proceed as recommended by maintenance staff.
