The board approved the consent agenda—Resolution #139-26 (travel expenses), #140-26 (supplemental appropriation for the Perry Sewer Fund), #141-26 (supplemental appropriation for the Vandemark Building Fund) and #142-26 (Then and Now purchase orders). Commissioners then approved intergovernmental dispatching agreements with Bath Township (Res. #143-25), Spencerville Invincible Fire Department (Res. #144-26), Harrod Fire Department/Auglaize Township (Res. #145-26) and Perry Township (Res. #146-26). Commissioner Winegardner moved each dispatching agreement; Commissioner Noonan seconded; roll calls were unanimous.
The board also approved Resolution #147-26 authorizing payment of a credit card convenience fee, and amended a prior resolution regarding a possible alley vacation (Res. #117-26A). Commissioners approved Resolution #149-26 to authorize payment of three late fee/penalty waivers added to the agenda at the start of the meeting.
The board tabled one item: Resolution #148-26, which would have allowed the Allen County Regional Airport Authority to accept an Ohio Department of Transportation matching grant for preliminary design work on airport drainage reconstruction. Commissioner Noonan moved to table the airport resolution; Commissioner Seibert seconded, and the board voted to table it unanimously.
The meeting record shows that motions were made and seconded by sitting commissioners and that each formal resolution vote was recorded by roll call as unanimous. The board took no additional substantive policy action on the tabled airport item.
