- Development agreement with Brookhaven Development Authority and Atlanta Real Estate Holdings LLC supporting a $150,000,000 private investment: council approved the agreement.
- Emergency task order to RESS for a collapsed culvert repair on Watkins Place ($120,000): council approved the urgent repair contract.
- Ethics ordinance amendment clarifying who qualifies as a hearing officer: council approved the ordinance including a friendly amendment read on the record.
- Pet litter registry (amendment to Chapter 5): council adopted the model ordinance to control city animal populations.
- City Center events policy: staff requested approval but the council deferred the item to the April 28 meeting to allow members time to review missing attachments.
