Wildermuth said she will coordinate with John Willamowski Jr. and the HR Helpline to determine whether any portion of the overpaid funds can be recovered from the employee. No formal motion record, second, or roll-call vote appears in the minutes; the minutes state the commissioners were "in agreeance" to make the payment and that recoupment options will be pursued.
The discussion closed with staff noting that retroactive pay adjustments for affected union members will be reflected on payroll 6 and that the precise process for recouping supplemental pay from departing employees remains under staff review.
