Commissioner Brian Winegardner moved and Commissioner Cory Noonan seconded a resolution authorizing allocation and encumbrance of unrestricted ARPA funds from the ARPA Fund 2893 and issuance of payment to the Administration Building Capital Fund 4022 for All Temp Refrigeration & Plumbing (Pay App 4); the board approved it unanimously.
