Tequesta council adopts construction-hours and planning-board updates on second reading

Planning and zoning board powers: Ordinance 4-26 amends Chapter 22 to add specified responsibilities and special-exception authorities to the planning and zoning board; staff presented the changes as minor code updates that also passed first reading unanimously.
