Board approves amended funding for Glebe Harbor speed study and reviews VDOT six‑year plan

The Westmoreland County Board of Supervisors on April 13 heard the Virginia Department of Transportation resident engineer Mr. Beal present maintenance work completed after this winter and a proposed secondary six‑year plan covering fiscal years 2027–2032.
Beal told the board crews have been repairing potholes, replacing pipe and doing earthwork on projects such as Oak Grove and Charles Way and that the pavement schedule includes resurfacing on Oak Grove and the county side of Minokhin Road. He…
