Present and voting yes were Commissioners Mike Powell (District 1), Johnny Grant (District 2), Jeffery Washington (District 5), Jamie Grant (District 3) and Craig Inzer, Jr. (District 6). Commissioner Tim Ramsey (District 4) was absent.
