The Clark Township Council took several formal actions on May 4:

• Ordinances 26-16 and 26-17: Both ordinances were introduced. Ordinance 26-16 would permit three-hour parking on a portion of the municipal/board of education parking lot near the pickleball courts (public hearing scheduled May 18). Ordinance 26-17 is a capital ordinance appropriating $125,000 from capital surplus for township acquisitions; public hearing scheduled May 18.
• Adoption of the 2026 municipal budget, as amended: The council adopted the amended budget (see separate coverage). The motion carried on roll call.
All roll-call tallies recorded five voting members present. Items requiring public hearing were scheduled for May 18. No votes to table or postpone were recorded.
