Chair read a notice dated April 28 indicating the property owner at 15 Harris Avenue applied for the variance and that owners at nearby addresses (19 Harris, 22 Harris, 1 Traver, 16 South Clement, 20 South Clement and 21 South Clement) were notified by U.S. mail. The Chair identified Gabby as the recording secretary who issued the notice.
The hearing is a Planning & Zoning matter; the board did not take evidence or act on the variance at the May 5 meeting and encouraged interested parties to attend the May 18 hearing to present comments.
