County staff noted the AIA contract form showed a 2-cent pricing discrepancy that will be corrected before final signature.
The change order was presented by project staff and approved by the commissioners during the morning session. The amount recorded in the minutes is $118,093.82. No formal roll-call vote was recorded in the minutes and no mover/second was recorded in the public minutes.
County staff said the AIA-document pricing error is clerical in nature and will be corrected for signatures at the follow-up meeting. Commissioners scheduled continued review of airport and facility capital projects at future sessions.
