Hales Corners July 4th Committee schedules treasurer election and advances contracts; safety review tabled

At its March 4 meeting, the Hales Corners July 4th Committee recorded no financial report and said staff are working on vendor contracts. I. Thomson reported work is underway on contracts for porta‑potties and ATVs, and D. Besson stated that contracts can now be signed by the Village Administrator.
The committee set an election for Treasurer at its April meeting. Safety and security review was deferred after Officer Henner was not present. The committee also noted that the event website needs updating.
The committee adjourned at 7:30 p.m. and set its next meeting for Wednesday, April 8 at 6:30 p.m.
