Committee members agreed to proceed with Zoom interviews for 11 candidates, with Brunner and his firm conducting initial interviews. The Committee requested copies of the Zoom interviews be provided to the Village Board by April 24, 2026. The Committee set a May 4 closed session to review candidate profiles and recommend four finalists and one alternate for in-person interviews on May 18, 2026; President Diane Besson will arrange a candidate village tour and Administrator Sandra Kulik will notify department heads and distribute interview questions prepared by PAA.
The Committee’s actions establish the selection timeline but do not select a final candidate. Further review and finalist interviews are scheduled later in May.
