The Menomonee Falls Plan Commission unanimously recommended that the Village Board amend the village comprehensive plan to reclassify the parcel at N88W13764 Main Street (tax key 39.77) from mixed use to industrial and recommended rezoning the property to I-1 Light Industrial to allow development of a spec industrial building of about 115,000 square feet.
