Pagan said fingerprinting fees vary by vendor and there is no single set amount; the board asked staff to confirm typical range and vendor options. A board member noted statutory restrictions that bar some individuals with certain felony convictions from volunteering; Pagan confirmed the district follows the state statute matrix for eligibility.
Staff will return the clean, corrected version for board approval at the next meeting and will check remaining typographical issues raised by members before submission.
