"Now we have a flood flooded club and no reason to expect it not to happen again in the next big storm," a club representative said, asking the county both to assist in cleanup and to explain what will be done to prevent future events. Paul Matthews, a past commodore of the yacht club, said the recurring sewage incidents have driven members away and left the club stalled as the season begins while it awaits insurance decisions.
