City staff member Cowan said the updates address "utility protections, wastewater pretreatment, right-of-way improvements, event and oversized vehicle permitting, pedestrian safety during construction, access management, and state highway access standards." Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Torelli moved to adopt the full docket and Councilmember Jim Milbauer seconded; the clerk recorded a unanimous vote to adopt items 5A-1 through 5A-15. The ordinances had previously been discussed at an April 14 city council workshop, city staff said.
