The Lewisville City Council unanimously accepted the resignation of Randy Tetzlaff from Place 4 on the Old Town Design Review Committee and appointed Mark Stetzel to fill the at‑large vacancy.
Mayor TJ Gilmore said the position is at large and six qualified applications were submitted. A council review team recommended Mark Stetzel, and a council member moved and seconded acceptance of the resignation, declaration of vacancy and the appointment; the motion passed unanimously.
By statute and local policy the appointee will serve as set by the city’s committee appointment rules and will be processed through the city secretary’s office for any required onboarding.
