The staff recommendation was for approval and the council moved, seconded and approved the resolution by voice vote. No roll-call tally was recorded in the public discussion; the motion passed by unanimous voice vote as recorded orally at the meeting.
The resolution directs staff to record the reimbursement documents against the four parcels identified in the staff report; council discussion did not amend the amount recapture method. The city will return to standard procedures to collect reimbursement from properties that connect to the installed sewer.
No appeal, amendment or legal challenge was raised at the meeting.
