Kim Rasnick, Clover Hill’s executive director, told the board the facility’s shiva center serves the wider community and that the addition supports ongoing operations.
Board action: The board adopted the planning department’s findings and approved the final site plan with standard department conditions and a site-plan expiration provision allowing an extension if requested prior to expiration.
Next steps: The applicant will address routine engineering comments and comply with departmental sign-offs prior to permits.
