Counsel also proposed a new sentence clarifying liability: "Upon execution and filing of the NTRL with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, the transferor shall not be liable for any parking citation, traffic infraction, or administrative penalty arising under this title that occurs after the date and time of transfer stated on the NTRL." Members adopted the floor amendment and agreed the bill would be in the form of House Draft 1.
The vice moved that the committee prepare a committee report recommending passage of SB24-21 (House draft 1) to the full body; members voted in favor and the committee adopted the committee report recommending passage.
