Council suspended rules and adopted a supplemental appropriation ordinance and a transfer ordinance that moved $2,500,000 into the Waterworks capital fund for the east water tower/industrial park project. The council also approved a pay application for Landmark Structures ILP for $1,158,178.80 related to the water tower east project.
