Board member Mr. Bean asked whether employees could complete the survey at home on their own devices. Staff member Miss Graham said, “Employees would be able to do those from home normally,” adding that nonexempt employees may need to complete the survey during the workday. Ms. Graham also said vendors typically provide a bank of questions and that the district would have to define what it is trying to measure.
A motion to award the RFP (the board referenced Hanover as the recommended vendor) was moved, seconded and approved unanimously.
